Email Michael V. Madden, Esquire
Mr. Madden is an Associate with the firm and is involved
in all aspects of general civil litigation. Mr. Madden received
his J.D. from Vermont Law School in 2002 and his B.A. from
St. Michael’s College in 1997. Mr. Madden was admitted
to the Bar in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania in 2002 and United States District Court
District of New Jersey in 2002. Prior to joining the firm,
Mr. Madden served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable
Douglas T. Hague of the Superior Court of New Jersey in
Middlesex County.
Mr.
Madden is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association,
the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Camden
County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Committee. Mr. Madden
has experience in representing both plaintiffs and defendants
the area of personal injury law, including negligence, motor
vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, premises liability,
products liability, as well as appellate work
Mr.
Madden also has experience in the defense of employment
discrimination claims and the defense of governmental entities
in civil rights and Section 1983 litigation matters. Mr.
Madden also maintains a Municipal Court practice that includes
all Municipal Court matters such as motor vehicle violations,
expungements, DWIs, and minor misdemeanors.
